Exchange Only: We do not offer refunds. Items can only be exchanged.
- Exchange Window: You must request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Eligibility: Exchanges are only accepted for:
- Wrong size or color received
- Damaged or defective item upon delivery
How to Request an Exchange
- Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at shopwithelara98@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item
- Reason for the exchange
- Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will ship the exchange.
Important Notes
- Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item for exchange.
- We reserve the right to reject exchanges if the item shows signs of use, damage, or is returned after the 3-day window.
- No exchange will be accepted without prior approval.
